Designed the MVP of a Request Feedback feature that allows employees to request feedback from their peers at any time, with science-backed guidance and tips for requesting and responding to feedback within the feature flows
  • 👩‍🎨 Owned the entirety of the project as the lead Product Designer, leading end-to-end design remotely on a geographically distributed team consisting of a PM and a team of engineers
  • 👯‍♀️ Co-designed Slack notifications with another Product Designer on the Integrations squad
  • 🎨 Complete brand and product rebranding led by Focus Labs to reskin the UI and design system

🥳 Within a quarter, the launch of Request Feedback reduced sales lost due to feature gaps from 87.5% to 14.5%
