I’m spending all of this week meeting with my (remote) team in person for the first time since the pandemic, a privilege I’m truly grateful for. 

It’s made me realise how much I’ve missed in-person work with my team. 

The feeling of being able to sit across from my colleagues and talk about the things that we all care about. Not having to look into a screen to see each other. Getting reacquainted with one another over lunch or coffee. Taking long walks together at our office campus. It’s all the little things that matter.

Truly cherishing every moment. ❤️
