Launched the A Cloud Guru x Linux Academy combined platform to all new customers. It was a massive project, so here's what I had a hand in:
-
Improved in-course quizzes
- Hadn't been touched since launch in 2018, so aligned it to the new design system and brand
- Optimised for responsiveness
- Optimised for accessibility
-
Improved and relaunched Practice Exams
- Originally positioned as the Exam Simulator, repositioned with a feature name and major visual changes to respond to user feedback
- Optimised for accessibility
- Built a significant number of new components to shape the new visual direction of the combined platform
-
Launched Skills Assessment in beta
- A B2B-only feature that allows businesses to assess the basic cloud skill levels of their employees was launched in beta to our customers
- After a small alpha and extensive user research, we were finally able to get this in front of customers for monitoring
-
Integrated mobile app
- Ensured smooth migration of content with the development team, considering we didn't have a product manager for this project
- Designed everything needed to support the merged content
-
Pricing & Packaging
- Part of the larger company effort here – we moved from single plan options to tiers for both B2C and B2B customers.
- Worked with stakeholders across all teams to ensure that the mobile app could support how this would affect access to content
- Implemented consistent upsells within the assessments products by collaborating with other designers involved in the migration effort
