Led product design
We launched gamification in Lightbook, an augmented textbook that allows students to interact directly and take assessments as they learn.

For part of the initial release, we included a points system, avatars, and a leaderboard.

We then gathered user feedback and monitored the analytics closely to build a roadmap for improvement.

Since gamification was implemented, the average session time doubled in length to around 12 minutes for a few months, and then became steady at 9 minutes afterwards.
