Organised, trained staff, and ran a week-long, overnight program as part of The Science Experience at Swinburne.
- Coordinated with the university to organise logistics
- Trained 15+ staff members in OHNS, icebreaker games, and basic mentoring
- Led a group of 10+ students throughout the week while also coordinating all other groups
- Was the primary decision-maker for any last-minute problems or changes
- Managed internal budgets for accommodation, food, and other expenses for all staff
- Led debriefs, collated learnings, and prepared for handover for the next year
