I've been working with a group of passionate designers at ANZ for the past few months to bring about the 3rd year of the Skills Learning Program – a set of workshops, coaching modules, and resources to help our design community grow in skills that they've identified as important to them.

The program covers strategic design, business acumen, design research, inclusive design, storytelling, and creative leadership, and will be delivered by some global specialist training partners. It comprises of 114 sessions (so far!) to upskill our design cohort.
