A Salesforce Optimization Project

My capstone project, "Optimizing Sales Processes and Automation with Salesforce," focused on addressing critical challenges faced by Totally Telecom's sales team. Using the Salesforce Sandbox, I explored and implemented solutions to streamline lead management, enhance sales funnel visibility, and automate repetitive tasks. Key features included configuring the Sales Dashboard to provide real-time insights, enabling role-based permissions to secure lead access, and automating weekly reporting and installation requests. This project demonstrated how Salesforce tools can drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability, empowering sales representatives and managers to focus on closing deals and driving business growth.
