Looking to expand a small consulting team rapidly and need some feedback. Here's my two options.

Option One:

I have a network of young professionals that I know I could leverage but their competency in certain technologies would be sub par. However, since they're relatively new to the work force I can earn higher margins since they're more than happy with "low" pay. More cash flow will allow me to bootstrap future Saas products at a much higher cadence but I may risk the consulting arm of my business.

Option Two:

I also have a fair amount of connections with proven industry skills that I can bring aboard. I'm confident in their abilities but would need to cut into my margins in order to have them on the team. 

Ultimately I don't want to be in the consulting business. This is simply to bootstrap future ventures looking for some feedback or thoughts.
