After leaving Australia for France in 2011 I joined Publicis Groupe. I started at ZenithOptimedia as a global talent project manager followed by Publicis Media as the Global Talent Engagement, Innovation and Technology Director. Most recently I have moved into my role at Groupe level working with the Chief Talent Officer to create best in class programs & find best in class talent technology for all of the 80,000+ Publicis Groupe employees.

I am passionate about making complex situations and processes simple and have a knack for creating programs that excite, connect and engage people. I am a huge fan of Instagram and Netflix and when I am not travelling to all ends of the earth, you can find me at home in Paris with my puppy Hendrick and probably some of that famous French cheese and wine.
