I wrote a software package that took RVSP and participant data from Mobilize and imported it into SmartSheet as a volunteer project for Turn PA Blue.  The data was sorted and filed in such as way that the field organizers could easily find the information they needed, updated automatically, instead of downloading and sorting through pages of information.
They no longer use most of the functionality, but it lives on as their calendar.
