Lex is a curious creative at heart. Never missing out on an opportunity to learn - she has a lifelong dedication to exploration and education in the Arts and Sciences. Currently, she is working on her PhD in Neuroscience but, after the last 8 years in University, she decided in 2022 to allocate more time to refine both her skills in the Creative Arts through different forms of Design and her interests in computational engineering through Front-End Development, Web-Design, and Digital Marketing. Lex also has a natural affinity for writing and she has nurtured this gift over the years through academic, scientific, and creative writings; all of which have sharpened her writing chops, and are the primary medium she utilizes for self-expression and communication on a daily basis.

In her free time, Lex indulges in many different hobbies, which include Singing, Songwriting, Painting, Graphic Art, Interior Design, Traveling, Photography, Gaming, binge watching the latest new series and movies on [insert streaming service here], and, of course, doing lots of researching. She is an absolute fanatic for a good cup of tea (specifically Earl Grey) and, lately, Lex has been recreationally exploring the world of coffee, learning to make her own espresso in the morning instead of running up the tab at Starbucks to fuel her late-night work sessions and early morning boot-up process.

Lex hopes one day to resume acting, which was a passion of hers interrupted by the pursuit of higher education that she never lost the admiration for.

She is of firm belief that knowledge is intrinsically valuable and, at the end of the day, one of the very few things gained as we live life that can never be taken from us.
