Local bubble tea business, Young Tea, has hired me to be their Digital Marketing Manager!
I oversee all their business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) which have a total following of 4K +
I manage their community by responding and interacting with audiences online daily. This includes reposting customers' Stories, replying to messages, reacting to comments, etc.
I also create content for my client. I capture photos/videos on-site to use for digital and physical marketing. The content reflects the vision and wants of Young Tea's staff.
In terms of collaborations and partnerships, I also have had experience with coordinating between Young Tea and other vendors, influencers, etc.
Lastly, I have initiated new trends and approaches to refresh Young Tea's social media. Within my first week, engagement across all accounts and posts improved by as high as 95%!
