Being flexible has been an asset for me, especially working with startups. You don't always have the benefit of a massive team to handle every detail. I've enjoyed wearing multiple hats and in general, being someone who gets things done.
I love fresh ideas, imagining the future, seeing things from new perspectives, and solving problems of all kinds.
I like solving problems in my personal life too. As a metal detectorist and member of The RingFinders, I help people find lost precious items, and contribute to cleaner coastlines and parks as well. Here's one piece of advice: even if you think your ring fits nice and snug, ocean water will prove otherwise. Don't get too mad at your spouse if their ring goes for a swim.
