I'm hiring a Product Designer to work on my team at TrovaTrip.

So, why would you wanna come work with me? It's pretty easy: the chance to make massive impact and leave your mark early on a high ceiling product. We've identified an opportunity to change the way that group travel works and are building the three-sided marketplace that enables safe, inclusive travel between like-minded people with experts and creators. It's one of the more complex models that I've worked on, but the potential is massive and the challenge is engaging and rewarding.

I mean this genuinely: I've never felt more enabled and empowered to employ my expertise and do what makes me so effective. This is a place of fast-moving specialists and we are looking for someone to come in and help define what design means to this product and organization.
