Brown is a former corporate lawyer, founder of independent record label/music and entertainment company Big Mouth Records, Omalily Projects, and the Head of Operations and Strategy at Keep Cool/RCA Records. Binta also manages Grammy award winning producer and artist Peter Cottontale and is a co-founder of the Black Music Action Coalition
