I had a choice to make. Continue with a contract in the company where I made my internship or continue to work on side projects, with no knowledge and experience. 

I choose the contract job because : 

- I am a knowledge sponge: I learn best when I am with more experienced people than me

- It was a startup: Having the chance one day to directly push to the principal branches, have access to the servers, and review code has increased quickly the way I view things

- I was with the best team in the country: When working with people like that, you can gain 4 years' experience just in few months. Just ask questions, shut up and listen.
