Hotshot #2

“Instagram and blogging started off as a passion project. It was a creative outlet. I had developed a general interest in fashion at Indiana University, where I was involved in the apparel merchandising school and fashion shows. Then, I discovered the world of online blogging, from lifestyle to fashion to fitness and food. And I thought, “I could do that”, opening the door to the possibility of creating content that people might want to see. I like the idea of regular people sharing their story. You don’t have to be a model or anything special to share a story. But being a full time blogger is hard! I don’t like the term “effortless”, like “effortless beauty”, because all I do is put in effort. That’s how it really works. Being able to share honest content that inspires others is a privilege. @colectivocoffee gives me one of the best spots in Lincoln Park to get my work done!”
