Grateful for all of the lesson's learned from my time working on the Coffee Thoughts newsletter. My desire was to make a place for conversation and community. What I learned was the medium of a newsletter wasn't the best to use for that purpose. Newsletters are amazing for providing valuable information for a community to use or share with others.
