Stop: Amarillo, TX
We only had one night in Amarillo and we arrived around 9 PM, so we got some food from a local fast casual joint and went to sleep. Not an exciting evening, but not every road trip day will be thrilling :) The next morning we grabbed some coffee (surprise, another cool coffee shop!) and hit the road again.
