Earlier last year I started working with FrankRenaissance (A Japanese/American music label and production studio bridging the gap between dope Japanese artists and the world) as an A&R consultant. Today my first release came out. We took a very cool record from Daichi Yamamoto, came up with a directional talent list, and landed on Mick Jenkins as a perfect fit. We partnered with Nina Lee and the homies over at Shorefire to handle press and they got us an incredible Paper Magazine premiere (also my first ever). We also did a photo shoot with Daichi in Tokyo and another in Chicago with Nolis x Mick in these incredible custom kimono’s from Sho Kinishi. It’s a lot of firsts and I’m very proud of the way this turned out. Shout out to Jazzy Sport for trusting us and Ren Stern for trusting me ☺️🙏🏽. Shout out to anyone else I missed too! Go stream “KILL ME” NOW!
