These pictures represent two parts of my life. The one on the left was over a decade ago. I was in a relationship that was draining my energy and left me feeling like a shadow of my former self. I detached myself away from friends and family and I felt alone most days. I was regularly told that I couldn’t do anything right and when the relationship ended I was also told I would be nothing without that person. This used to trigger my procrastination. I felt worthless and in turn this would trigger perfectionism and the need to get everything right all the time. The one on the right is me as of this year. I don’t know about you but it’s obvious to me which one I look happiest in. The me today is living my life purpose, traveling the world and because I have rebuilt my confidence, minimised procrastination and took action on my life goals I can now help you do the same. I was working as a Coach back in the UK before I left to travel the world. I loved the work and still do however I felt like I was burning the candles 🕯️ at both ends. Now as an accredited coach with my own online business I feel energised and motivated every day. I get to help you get to grips with procrastination and create a road map to regain control and regain clarity on your goals so that you can have the brighter future that you deserve.
