Why do we think in boxes? In the moment we see a person we put him/her in a box: male/female, rich/poor, gay, strange, dangerous... 

And why it is bad to do so? I think we miss the chance to really get to know each other and see the potential. All of us fit in more than just on box. 

Any opinions on that? I am happy to discuss it in English or German!
