In my career I was a programmer, systemic change coach, internal LGBT*IQ network leader and now am an agile (transformation) coach and a blogger. My passion is to help the people around me to bring their best. And that's the only constant in my professional life ;) 

I am interested in almost everything, like psychology, neurology or leadership and agile frameworks. Some say I know for almost every question a fitting TED talk.
