2019 was a really great year. I was working hard and pursuing my passion for throwing heavy metal around. This was the USATF Masters outdoor championship held my town-Ames, IA. After being a recruited D1 thrower many years ago (and quitting for reasons I still don't know🤦🏻‍♀️), I honored where my body was at--still f'ing strong. 💪🏼 

This is the same timeframe I led a major ERP implementation (go live just days before competing). I'm proud I found the time to train and succeed at work!
