Worked out with my partner today. 🏋🏽♀️
We have made it our habit to work out 6 days a week since before the pandemic. The last two years have made this habit a lifestyle. However, and this is key, we do not beat ourselves up or obsess when life prevents us from getting our gains. 🙄
Light, daily weight training has made me better at everything.
Physical fitness is mental fitness.
We only take breaks when we travel. Though, I always intend to do pushups or use the bands I have in my carry-on bag. Sure I am👌🏽
The last thing, because there is a photo to explain and cause my girl is amazing — she is my work & workout inspiration.
She broke her pinky toe (x-rayed and all) 5 days ago in a dog-related accident. But, still, she worked 3 shifts in the ER and motivated me to workout with her every day since she broke her little foot digit.
That is real work ethic. Sexy shit.
And here I am, tapping bad grammar on keys, for work.
