I am so thrilled and humbled to announce today that I have joined SingleStore (Formerly MemSQL) as a Developer Advocate.
I wanted to share my thoughts with all of you about why I made the jump to SingleStore, so I wrote a quick post about all the reasons why. But here's the tl;dr:
* I think SingleStore is uniquely positioned to handle current and future data intensive workloads.
* I have the chance of a lifetime to build out a Community and Developers Relations team at SingleStore with my old friend, Wesley Faulkner, and my new friends, Akmal Chaudhri, and Domenic Ravita.
* The company culture here is awesome.
