I spoke at FOSDEM about #kotlin as part of the Friends of OpenJDK room to just over 100 people.

This was a brand new talk about "Tips and tricks on getting Kotlin into your organization". The talk specifically mentions Kotlin, but is meant to be valid for any kind of technology.
