Spent the entire working day updating the old codebase for 'Tech Dash' so that it would start CRUD'ing (minus the R) the new database. I think this will help with the transition as the data will already be in place in the new database once I am ready to launch the new site. I won't have to import data when the time comes to flip the switch, and the new site can utilize real-time data which is helpful especially when it comes to working on pages that have to deal with stats.

That ate up most of my day if not the entire day, but it's probably best to have taken care of that sooner rather than later.
