Top 15 at Globe Hack for a Nation 2017

Our team, Team Pola and Friends, joined Globe Hack for a Nation, a 24-hour hackathon focused on creating apps to address challenges in business and society.

For this, we created Parkt, an Internet of Things project that lessens the time it takes to find a parking spot in the metro by letting the user know the number of available spots in an area built with PHP.

We were shortlisted from 55 ideas, down to 28 teams, and got to the Top 15. We were few of the undergraduate students who competed alongside PH tech companies.
