Proximed PH: First Place at HealthHacks PH 2017

Our team, Team Paliparan, won first place in HealthHacksPH, a premier health hackathon for students in the Philippines.

Over the course of two days, we developed Proximed PH, a system that optimizes the transfer of patients in hospitals, and improves the communication between healthcare centers built with Django.
