Just finished reading the book 'Think Straight by Darius Foroux'.
The book focuses on the idea of thinking about what actually matters since most of our thoughts are merely fears, desires, or judgements. It also mentions paradoxically that thinking straight has no significance if it's not followed by action.
A clear thought without action is just as naive as the other thoughts.
