Unconventionally Educational

Imagine instead of teaching the next generation we engaged them. We genuinely cared about who they are as an individual and allowing them to discover who they are and their natural curiosities. We would create a generation of prodigies. A generation confident in their abilities because they are believed in, but more importantly; they believe in themselves.
