The converter now support By Blood Alone, and at long last rolls to version 1.0. This includes a supporting the plane designer, supporting the new peace conferences, adding partial support for Japanese, and assorted other updates to support the changes in HoI4. This also includes everything we've been working on since the Patton release.
We plan to continue support for this converter for a while even after Vic3 comes out, but our efforts will be focused on Vic3 to HoI4.
