This update is coming out relatively sooner than I normally would do a release, but it's fixing a couple of significant crash bugs. As well, province mappings in Europe have been updated. If you would, please help out the project by doing a debug conversion, loading it up, and examining the Americas and Europe, particularly any areas you know well. Let me know of any bad province mappings, or even go ahead and update them.
