I am a Learning & Development Executive in Star Media Group. I oversee and co-run the Group's learning initiatives and talent programmes which also includes the Star Graduate Programme - StarTRACK.
I graduated with a degree in Psychology and have a huge heart for growing and developing people, especially the youth.
Other than working in the corporate scene, I also volunteer at organisations that advocate for youth and women empowerment, namely @tulipsmovement as well as @the.otherschool, and I am also a mentor at @closingthegapmy!
As a side gig, I founded @sandrareads_! It's a small tarot reading business aimed at helping people find guidance through tarot cards.
