WSO is the oldest NGO in the mental health-field. It has been a (often loud) voice in society, helping those who feel as if they lack a voice. I had the privilege to get to talk to Parliament-committees, on various meetings, and to meet a huge number of fascinating people ranging from the major critics of the psychiatric system, such as Goetsche and Whitaker, to leading psychiatrists such as Malt and Røssberg.
