It has been my experience that surrounding yourself with self-motivated professionals with differing backgrounds produces the best software. Developing software and systems and anticipating user experience can be the most important and difficult aspect of software design, but also the most interesting. My career goal is to manage a team of engineers and drive decisions affecting direction of my organization. I strive to stay informed of new technologies and methodologies.
