Went back home and started roasting and making coffee. Since then, I roasted a colorful array of coffees from different origins all over the world.
I really learned a lot at EACH and eventually developed my own style of roasting. Besides that, I trained three roasters and a bunch of our baristas.
Being a barista and a roaster is an incredibly humbling experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. 🙂
