- Responsible for client training, client tasting, and workshops
- Responsible for team and public coffee cupping sessions for quality checks and improvements
- Managed and roasted all coffee orders for Exchange Alley Coffee Houses and clients
- Handled green beans inventory, samples, and roast samples
- Handled trainings and lectures for the whole team and clients
- Used a North Star 3kg Roaster and roasts 16kg to 30kg a day
- Brewing methods: Espresso, V60, Aeropress, Kalita Wave, December Dripper, Cold Brew
