I created a new repository called vmpooler-deployment that contains Dockerfiles and a Helm chart that can be used to deploy VMPooler. The DIO team at Puppet uses the code here as part of operating our VMPooler instances.

There is still more to be done, but this is a big first step in simplifying and streamlining deploying both production and per-production instances of VMPooler.
