Hosted a podcast
When my daughter and I attended Microsoft Ignite the Tour DC 2019, one of the sessions I made sure she attended was with Dux. He is such a dynamic speaker and has a unique way of connecting with attendees so I wanted her to experience his session. When we approached Dux afterwards to let him know how much we enjoyed his session, he surprised both of us when he suggested my daughter and consider speaking about our passion of mentoring future technologist. He was perceptive of my motives in bringing my daughter to the event and continued to encourage us as we began formulating a session for a future speaking opportunity.

Since then, he helped vet our ideas and put in a word for us with Microsoft that facilitated us speaking at Microsoft Ignite the Tour DC 2020. Dux continues to support me as I speak on topics related to Public Sector Microsoft offerings and supporting and encouraging careers in information technology.

I am grateful for his friendship, his encouragement, and his giving back to the IT community.
