Today's guest is Lauren Maffeo. She the author of "Designing Data Governance from the Ground Up" through The Pragmatic Programmers, she is a Service Designer at Steampunk (which is a human-centered design firm serving the federal government), the Founding editor of Springer's AI and Ethics journal, and an Adjunct Lecturer of Interactive Design at The George Washington University. On top of that, Lauren is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, which is where world-leading ideas are turned into world-changing actions.
