I met Anna in person at Microsoft Ignite once, but that is NOT the time to have a conversation with her since she leads community at the conference, but she has had an impact on me through the awesome community she created – the Microsoft Tech Community. While I have particpated in a number of the communities within the overall Microsoft Tech Community (Public Sector, Microsoft 365, etc.), both my daughter and I have had a chance to interact with the great participants in the HumansOfIT portion of the Microsoft Tech Community and have come away with great insights on people, how we interact, and how we can be better.
