Melissa is someone I met by chance when my daughter and I were speaking at Microsoft Ignite the Tour DC. While grabbing lunch we sat across from Melissa and she immediately recognized my daughter’s nervousness at speaking at a conference for the first time. We also got to hear all about the great work she does at IBM for students and her own personal story about her children. Since we did this recording, Melissa is now Dr. Melissa Sassi, which is an amazing achievement among all the other the other achievements she continues to make.
