Saying that going to the gym is the only way to be healthy, fit and strong can be a bit of a limiting way of looking at things.
I was privileged to run a No Hacks Just Habits workshop about that with NZ's biggest daily newspaper organization - NZ Herald's Auckland office.
I spoke about how you could be just as fit, if not more so, by incorporating some of these healthy habits into your lifestyle.
1) For starters, try incorporating a healthy diet into your life. Make sure to include plenty of fruits and vegetables, and don’t skimp on protein.
2) There are plenty of exercises that you can do at home, without spending a lot of money or time on them. You just need to be creative and find what works best for you.
We actually went through a small movement session as well that the staff at NZ Herald can incorporate in their daily life.
