How Gratitude Helps. You just don't have to be grateful for big things in life but also for small wins each day like cool breeze of air on the face on a hot  day, someone opening up the door  for you, warm blanket on a cold  night  etc.

How to Get Into Parasympathetic System ( Rest & Digest) from Sympathetic Nervous System ( Fight or Flight) through Meditation and Breathing.

How NOT to  judge ourselves about our emotions but acknowledge them and not be too sad  about being sad 

How to change ANTS ( Automatic Negative Thoughts) to PANTS ( Positive Neutral Thoughts).
