Co-facilitated a workshop today on assessing psychological stressors in the workplace using existing measures in an IT consulting firm.

I really like their new approach, to try to build on what exists rather than trying to do another survey, after their initial approach did not work out.

Consequently, using miro we assessed in advance, what expectations they have and what kind of errors they already made for us so that we don't have to do them once again.
