ESLint was fairly new at the time, and we were trying to get it adopted across various projects at Rangle, and people have had bad experiences with previous linting tools.

Tried to explain the benefits, how to adopt, and how it addressed issues of the previous linting solutions that was causing developers to be hesitant to adopt linting tools at the time.
