Real-Time Compensation 💷 💵 Benchmarking


Initiated and planned real-time compensation benchmarking to ensure Equal-Pay across the organisation.

The benchmarking will use a combination of Salary Reports supplied by 3rd parties (primarily recruiters) and benchmarking tools to ensure all employees are paid a competitive, fair and of market value.

The objective is to ensure salaries are continuously reviewed and remain current instead of only being assessed as per request, quarterly or annually.

It is a crucial component of the transparent culture we are proud of at Vault Data and is part of our hiring,  retention and journey towards B-Corp certification.
