Extended Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) concepts to Work From Anywhere (WFA) allowing us to transition from a remote to distributed workforce.
Where remote work allows individual employees to work out of the office if desired or required, distributed work is basing your entire organisational structure on focusing on the outcome of the work, not the location itβs done from.
Introduced and defined IT Policies to establish Security Protocols, SAM and HR to ensure that our workforce can continue to work regardless of their whereabouts or location (Microsoft EndPoint, MFA, VPN, Cloud Applications).
This also allowed us to widen our search for candidates beyond Bristol, UK and opened up more diverse talent pools.
